Espirit Building and Engineering Pte Ltd started out as a family business handling small projects and sub-contracting works. Since then, we have expanded tremendously over the years and now we have an operation team comprising of an experience project manager, site engineers, Architectural coordinators and supervisory staff equipped with relevant experiences and skill sets.

• 2013 – Attained BizSAFE Star accreditation
• 2017 – Attained BCA CW02 C1 category
• 2018 – Upgraded to Builder’s license GB1
• 2019 – Migrated to online procurement system
• 2020 – Implemented electronic service report
• 2021 – Migrate to online HR platform with E-payslip
